Georgetown Steam Plant Science Fair
Dust off your lab coats and get your hands dirty! The Second Annual Georgetown Steam Plant Science Fair is here: September 20-21, 2025. As a celebration grounded in SHTEAM (Science, History, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) we are inviting creatives of all ages to share their work and join the fun. Expanding on last year's spotlight exploring circular economy, creative reuse, and the built environment, this year's theme, "Break the System" invites system change. This year we’ve added more categories creating more opportunities for you to participate. To learn more, please explore the Science Fair drop-down menu in the navigation bar to find your niche and to access everything you need to get started: project guides, registration forms, sponsorship options, and more. Submission Deadline is August 15th, 2025 It is advised to submit your project ideas early to secure your spot inside the Steam Plant.
